Joyce is a dedicated servant leader with a deep commitment to community impact, nonprofit leadership, and operational excellence. With a bachelor’s degree from the College of the Holy Spirit, Manila, she has built a career in event planning, administrative leadership, and public service, using her skills to bridge cultures and create meaningful programs that bring people together.

Born in the Philippines, Joyce witnessed firsthand the hardships of poverty, fueling her desire to serve. But it was when she surrendered her life to Jesus Christ that her heart for service truly deepened. Through ministry and outreach, she encountered communities in need, reinforcing her mission to advocate for those who lack basic necessities like food, education, and healthcare.

Her expertise spans nonprofit governance, marketing, and program coordination, playing a key role in developing policies, managing large-scale events, and fostering partnerships that uplift communities. Though not a nonprofit professional by title, she has worked alongside nonprofits, contributing her leadership and strategic insight to advance impactful initiatives.
