Available Roles & Responsibilities

We’re looking for dedicated volunteers in the following areas:
📌 Event Setup & Logistics – Assist with decorations, booth arrangements, and setup/takedown.
📌 Vendor & Sponsor Support – Help coordinate vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors.
📌 Marketing & Promotions – Spread the word through social media, flyers, and outreach.
📌 Fundraising & Pop-Up Shop – Support our fundraising efforts to benefit Fil-Am FEST Inc. programs.
📌 Entertainment & Stage Management – Assist with performances, speakers, and technical setup.
📌 Hospitality & Guest Relations – Greet attendees and ensure a welcoming experience.

Event Dates & Commitment

📅 Fil-Am Spring Fest 2025: May 31, 2025 | 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
📍 Location: Fair Oaks Mall, Fairfax, VA

You can choose to volunteer for the full day or a specific shift based on availability.
